The event starts
before the door.
The first contact with an event is often a link. We build the microsite in the same identity as the invitation, the stage and social, to work before, during and after the event.
● WHO IS VISITING
The person across the table.
Get what, where and when answered on one screen.
Find images, texts and a contact fast.
Run registration, programme and last-minute changes from one place.
● ANATOMY OF THE SITE
The order it is built in.
-
The name, the date and the idea of the event in one line.
-
Running order, speakers or artists.
-
Address, map and how to get there.
-
A sign-up form or ticket link.
-
Images, press text and contact.
-
Photos, aftermovie and the next event.
● HOW WE BUILD IT
In the event's identity
The microsite speaks the same language as the poster, the invitation and the stage visuals. For HUSH we designed the website as well as the event identities and posters.
Phone first
An invitation link is usually opened from a message. Date, venue and the sign-up button sit on the first screen of a phone.
Changes with the event
First the invitation, then the programme, after the night the photos and the film. The content follows the event's timeline.
Your team can update it
When the programme or a time changes, you do not have to wait. With the CMS your team makes the change itself.

● REAL WORK
For HUSH, the Berlin artist collective founded by Cambio, we designed the website and the event identities in one language.
Questions.
What is the difference between a microsite and a landing page?
A landing page aims at one decision. A microsite carries everything about an event or launch: invitation, programme, venue, registration and what comes after.
How long does a microsite take?
The event date is fixed, so we plan backwards from it. The time needed depends on pages, content and languages, and we set it after the brief.
What drives the cost?
The number of pages, copy and visual production, languages, registration or ticketing integration, and maintenance after the event. We quote once the scope is clear.
Can you set up registration and ticketing?
We build the registration form into the site. If you use a ticketing system, we connect it.
What happens to the site after the event?
It can become an archive with photos and the aftermovie, or be updated for the next event.
Do you design the invitation and poster too?
Yes. Event identity, invitation, poster, stage visuals and microsite can all come from one team.
